Bliss and Blossom light-weight black pleated pant

New with tags. Bliss and Blossom tapered black light-weight pleated capris. These are summer weight capris. Waist measures 13" laying flat. The waist is elastic and stretches quite a bit. There is no size on the tag but they are likely a size Small.
