Natural occuring & unique lustre mabe blister pearls are attached to their host mollusk shell, in a pendant surrounded by sterling silver. Wear the smooth ivory shell side out or the blister pearl that lends to a color of the creamiest crème brûlée and framed in sterling silver. Slightly under 2.5 inches across.
