This game is new and sealed. It is a Canadian release of this game so there is a second layer of shrink wrap French language instructions are included. The game appears to have the second original seal underneath the shrink wrap with what looks like y fold seals however I cannot confirm this without opening. What is clear though is that the game is sealed with the original Xbox security seal.
