The category of this listing needs to be changed to WOMEN (Euro 38 is Women's 7.0 at best).
For males, I suspect these boots are equivalent to approx 4.5-5.0 Youth sizing because of Blondo's typically narrower widths and shorter lengths, too short and narrow for men.
(My family used to sell this brand back in the 80s and 90s).
