mscoastalliving @luludcbc So sorry for the delay in responding. The waist underneath the belt is elasticated, so it will fit various sizes. Laid flat, measured from side to side, it is approximately 15 inches not stretched at all. Because of the stretchy waist, the bust is going to be variable as well.
