Blouse

Two color pretty top , has frill from the neck area to mid way to the bottom with small black buttons in the middle. In excellent condition . Color black and beige. Sleeves , 3 quarter does not extend to the wrist , has a button right before the edge. The bottom of the blouse is seamed with elastic for a stretchy look. The shirt is sheer, so you can wear a tank top underneath or not ..upto you ! 🤗
