This blouse is is in EUC. Palm design is current and retro. Small shoulder pads (you can remove easily). The size and material composition tag has been removed so I do not know the size but given measurements likely a Large. Please compare measurements to one of your other shirts to ensure fit. Likely a viscose or polyester blend. Fabric falls nicely.
