Blu Sage Shutter Pleat Dress NEW size 4P

Gorgeous lace shutter-pleat cocktail dress, NEW - never been worn. Purchased it at JCPenney in the US but never wore it because of weight change, it no longer fits. It has a stretching gray base underneath, it is not see-through. All the beads and decorations can be removed if needed, they are sewn, not glued. Size 4P (XS Petite).
