Blue Ballgown Prom Dress

Sleeveless glitter tulle ball gown with a V-neck, natural waist, open back and a ruffles skirt with a horsehair hem detail. Excellent condition! NEVER WORN because it was bought by a 2020 grad whose prom was canceled due to lockdown. It is very blue as seen in the first photo but my lighting makes it look less.
