This sleeveless top by Contemporaine (exclusive for Simons) is perfect for under a blazer, or paired with a pant suit. The pattern is beautiful and subtle, with dark blue and black. Front of the blouse is polyester, and the back is a soft stretchy rayon. Neckline is higher, and more modest.
