This dress is in EUC! I don't believe it is vintage, but its style looks less modern. Length is more ankle length on me, but please check measurements for how the length would fit on you. Colour is a washed blue with muted purple, pink, and yellow flower print. Ruffled neckline and hem. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. Scrunched and elasticated along neckline and waist, so has a good deal of stretch. Buttons on the front are faux. Materials are listed as 100% tencel... Feels like a soft chambray/denim (not stiff).
