Blue Embellished Dress For wedding/ prom/ event

Condition: really good, only worn once Size: medium. it fits a dress size 8 or 10, there is a little room Brand: idk, I cut the tag off The dress has no underneath layer for the top, it can be worn with any strapless shirt or bra underneath. It’s got high low kind of dress in the front with a middle sash going to the bottom (as seen in the pic). There is a train on it. Super cute dress good for a wedding or any fancy event. There are no stains or rips, in great condition. It is a really pretty dress.
