Blue Embroidered U-neck Blouse

Really unique top from Backwoods New York. Has 3/4 length sleeves gathered at the cuff. White embroidery and a cool U-neck. I shortened it as it was more tunic length and looked weird on my body. Bust: 20” Length: 27”
