Blue Enamel Metal Tape Dispenser Tuxedo Cat Black & White Butterflies Floral Art

This is an enamel metal tape dispenser.  It is hand painted and features black and white (tuxedo) cats.  The picture is filled with flowers and clouds.  It measures 4.25 inches long and 2.25 inches at the highest point.  The part that holds the tape is also made of metal.  It has a nice weight to it so it could also be used as a paperweight.  One featuring this design is hard to find.  It is pre-owned from the 1980's. It is from a smoke free home. It will be shipped with care from my home to yours. All my items are placed in protective plastic to protect from weather before being placed in a shipping package with bubble wrap if needed.
