Blue Floor Length Dress

Beautiful semi-formal dress! Worn once to a wedding shown in the 4th picture. No imperfections but purchased several years ago. Very pretty dress but it does not fit me anymore. The photos of it hanging do not properly show the width of the dress as it was clinging together as it hung, please see laying flat measurements below.
