Size small mini dress with ruffles, a tie front detail (which is a bit hard to see due to the pattern), slightly puff sleeves with elastic around the arms. The skirt has two layers, it is a beautiful dress, super twirly and flowy. It also has elastic around the waist to cinch it, and a v neckline. It's in excellent condition, no visible flaws. It has only been worn a couple of times.
