Blue Floral Watercolour Dress

I bought this from another Posher, @painttownthread. It’s a beautiful dress. Unfortunately, it is too big for me so I’m reposhing it. It’s a Charlotte Russe size 7 and fits like a size M. New with tags except one of the belt loop holes is not intact (see photos); but can be easily fixed. And no belt.
