Blue Flowy Patterned Dress Sheer Over Black Slip

Really pretty and flowy dress. Great dress for going out (if you like to dance, it's suited to someone under 5'5", I found it a little short to really go cut loose in). Size medium, true to size. Well suited to a petite (short) build. Black slip liner is attached to keep it from riding up. Very flattering on straight/athletic builds - my cousin borrowed it to attend a rehearsal dinner once an it looked very nice on her.
