Blue Glass Beaded Stretch Bracelet

This bracelet has three rows of beads and stretches instead of having an opening/closure. The blue beads are faceted and circular and appear to have some AB coating. There are a few thin metal bars holding the rows of beads together. The beads feel like glass to me, but if they're not glass my second guess would be a coated crystal. The bracelet has normal wear but there are no chipped, damaged, or missing beads and the bracelet is still very wearable.
