Blue Heart Pendant

This blue heart pendant was bought in Paris and features some pewter-colored beads on a leather cord. The cord is quite long (see photo). I think the pendant is made of shell or wood but I am not sure. There is a small nick (see photo with circle) in the finishing but it's not noticeable when wearing the necklace.
