Blue Kate Spade floral dress off the shoulder

Cute blue floral Kate Spade dress! Off the shoulder style, with two ties at the sides, midi length. In great condition, only worn a couple of times. Size 0 but I think it fits a little more like size 2. Measurements in photos. No pockets. Very small deodorant stains but they are barely noticeable! See photos for details. Tags say dry clean only, but it is 100% cotton. I’ve washed in cold water on delicate cycle and it’s been fine! Haven’t put it in the dryer, would recommend hang to dry and then steam when needed.
