Blue Maxi dress by Cynthia Rowley, Size XS

I hesitated selling this, I just love it! This Cynthia Rowley Maxi dress has cute braided adjustable straps, interior shelf bra (cupless), and fits so nicely. The material has a heavier hand, has some stretch and flows beautifully. The hem is a bit shorter in the front. Length from neckline to hem (front): 35” Length from neckline to hem (back) 45”
