This is an Initiatives brand blue/black/cream ombré fade sweater set. Made of polyester/spandex, this set has a woven tank top and a longer shrug/duster cardigan with a back ruched neckline and a longer back than front. Although marked "S", these are definitely more medium - large sized (size 10 - 12). Check measurements below. Excellent condition except for one snag that is almost invisible from the front.
