Blue Polka Dot Tiered Dress

Cute, denim-esque polka dotted, tiered dress. I wore this to Greece, totally fits the vibe! Loved this dress, but sadly, it doesn't fit post pregnancy. I seam ripped the tag out because it was annoying (no damage to the dress) so idk what brand this is from, sorry!
