Blue Prom Dress with Matching Shawl and Crinoline

This is a beautiful Prom Dress with a matching beaded Shawl. It has crinoline underneath to make this dress Pop! The Condition is that it has some wear to the out shell near the bottom (Please see attached Photo). The flaws are hard to see. Can be altered to be a bit shorter if needed. I would say that this is a size 6 but it has been altered a bit. If you are interested I can measure.
