Blue Sequin Mermaid Leggings

Shimmering blue sequin leggings with a mermaid scale pattern. Perfect for adding sparkle to any outfit. there is a hole in the back top of the leggings as shown in photos. it can be sewed, I just never got around to doing so . otherwise these are in great shape, no tares or holes elsewhere and no fading anywhere on the fabric
