Blue Sheer Leopard Coverup Dress

long ruffle sleeve, shoulder openings, turtleneck with open V chest, opening in the back, blue cheetah/animal. size XS-S, no tags never worn. no lining so it’s sheer. I don’t remember how it fits but there is a wrap around string to tie the waist and a high neck with a neck tie, flowy & shorter in the front, longer in the back.
