Blue Statement Necklace 21 inches Lightweight Adjustable Fits Over Head Easily

This is an 21 inch (at the longest) very lightweight fashion necklace.  Handcrafted it is adjustable so it can be shortened and is on a thicker black cotton cord.  The pendant is lightweight a blue pattern with a bamboo design. It is from a smoke free home. It will be shipped with care from my home to yours.
