Tshirt style dress that narrows at bottom for a pencil skirt effect while draping over the hips for a dress that can be worn casually or dressed up for an event. Size is medium but could fit someone who is normally a large as well. Bottom of dress hits a couple inches above the ankle on a 5’3” woman. Worn only a couple of times for summer events. Could also be worn comfortably in casual settings.
