Blue Topaz Gemstone Hoop Earrings in Sterling Silver

These silver hoop earrings sparkle with dozens of icy, real blue topaz gemstones. To create this pair, I wire-wrapped 30 tiny, sky blue topaz stones to the hoops, creating a glittering fringe across the bottom.
