Blue Velvet Midi Dress with High Collar

A beautiful find from Siberia Vintage! Blue velvet Midi dress High collar 12” slits on both sides of dress Bust 36” Waist 30” Hip 40” Very minimal damage on one shoulder of the dress as seen in photo. This dress is a bit delicate, the buttons run from collar to corner of underarm. I love this dress, have worn it on only two special occasions, it has a very comfortable bodice - the upper half runs a bit snug.
