Really nice quality high-waisted pencil skirt in blue. It's a very flattering piece. There are pleats in the front and there's a slit in the center, at the back. A button and zip closure secure the skirt in the back. It's fully lined and hits below the knee. The tag says Size 4 but this fits like a size 2.
