This blue and white, light weight, polka dot blouse features a tie in the front, 3-4 matching white buttons up the front and large flare sleeves. It fits a size small though can be tight in the chest if you're over a B cup. It sits just at the top of your hips so can look cropped depending on your bottoms. It is lightly worn but in perfect condition.
