It is also easy to put on/off. 40" top to bottom - ptp 23" - 40" vertical - 95% polyester 5% spandex - Bottom has a seam with a little frill to end - there is a seam on backside to add a little more flare for flow - embroidered or crotchet look detail by neckline - 6 functional buttons at front - extra panelling inside on front side neckline - comes with extra button This was tried-on but not used.
