Blue & White mini dress

In like new condition Size tag says Medium but I changed the size to Small as it runs small (please refer to measurements) No material tag but feels like polyester and a bit of spandex (a bit stretchy) It s on the thicker side for a dress Has a side zip only as shown in photos. Has an inner liner that doesnt go all the way down to the bottom.. stops a few inches before Smoke free home Please comment for more info
