Blue and Black Floral Dress

This dress is super cute! It's very 60's party dress inspired. It has a fitted top which flares out at the waist into a large, pleated skirt. Fabric is nice and thick; black with blue floral details. It's a size 10 with a zipper in the back. Material tag says it's made of "97% cotton, 3% spandex". The dress is in very good condition, and was only worn once. From a smoke-free home.
