Blue dress with a gold and ivory lace overlay, in a vintage style. Very cute and formal. I have no idea who made it, as tags were removed. This was worn by a size 4, and but please check measurements provided. measurements laying flat pit to pit: 16" (32" all around) waist: 14" (28" all around) Underarm to hem: 25.5"
