Blue and Silver Micrometer

Mitutoyo Combimike Digital Micrometer, specifically a model like the 159-101 or similar, designed for precise measurements.  Function: It is an outside micrometer used to accurately measure the diameter of cylinders or tubes, as well as the distance between two parallel faces of an object.  Features: This model includes a mechanical digit counter for quick and error-free readings, offering a range of 0-1" / 0-25mm and a graduation of .001" / 0.01mm.  Operation: To use it, you twist the thimble or spindle to open the measuring faces, place the object to be measured between them, and then slowly close the faces with constant pressure using the ratchet stop mechanism.  Shows age appropriate wear sold as is.
