Every order comes with: -set of press on nail (select a size or fixed) -mini nail file -nail pusher stick -gel glue pad sheet Instructions for application : 1) Clean nail bed of any existing nail products. 2) Push cuticle back and trim away dead skin. 3) Shape nails to desire shape and length. 4) Buff the surface of the nail bed with nail file provided (shiny top surface of nails). 5) Clean off nail dust with rubbing alcohol. 6) Select and fit the press on for fingers. 7) Select the appropriate size of gel glue pad for the nail bed. Remove the plastic gel tab from the clear film. 8) Apply gel tab to nail and rub evenly out from the center. Peel off the plastic film tab. 9) Apply press on nail on and hold even pressure for 20 to 30 seconds. 10) Enjoy your nails!
