Blue and White Plaid, Off-The-Shoulder Dress!

Hii!! This blue and white plaid, off-the-shoulder dress is perfect for this summer!! Plaid is super in right now, plus this dress style is just so cute!! I loved the dress when I bought it, but it was too small! It’s only been worn once and is in GREAT condition. No tears, stains, or holes. It is an XS from Tommy Hilfiger. :))
