Blue and black print on white background wrap dress. Cross front with fun collar and short sleeves. Wrap underneath front with hole in side for tie to go through and across back to tie on side. Hard to measure waist as there is a generous tie - but waist measurement should give an idea of the two photos with one inside how much is wrapped and outside measurement. Dress hangs beautifully.
