Blue and black shirt dress

I love this dress but it hasn’t fit for awhile! Purchased at Century 21 in NYC. The cool pattern on the inside is somewhat visible on the outside. Has the belt and loops still intact. Can’t remember the brand but it was a small NYC company that went out of business. Royal was my best guess! One button missing!
