cyndewiles @nyush not to be rude but if I want to a store and debated on something then went back and they raised the price I wouldn't buy it especially since shipping not a factor its 12.99 no matter what. and buyer pays shipping not increase to you so if you drop it back to 20 ill buy it but not if its staying at 23. thanks
