Blue and white ombré tiered short ruffle dress

This is a fluttery flapper vibe dress with lightweight blue and white ombré ruffles. The tag is missing so I’m not sure of the brand or exact size. It fits like a large but could work for a drapey look as a medium or more form fitting as an XL. The fabric is synthetic and has stretch. It’s vintage but in good shape; no noticeable defects other than the missing tag.
