What type of fabric is the dress? what is the length? does it fit true to size?

@luciaborkowski it's 97% cotton, 3%elastane. hits at the waist (26 inches)and skirt is 52 cm/21 inch long. bust is just under 33 inches.
I'm 5'6" and it hit me just above the knee. fit true to size, maybe a bit big around the bust but I'm small chested.
