Blue and white polka dot dress

Adorable blue dress with small white polka dots all over. Flirty back cut out. Hits me just over the knee and my height is 5'8. Dress is a pull on and has an elastic waist for comfort and a cinched look. Excellent condition, worn twice but like new. Has belt loops so can be worn with the belt of your choice or the one shown in the photo if interested for a fun pop of colour.
