Blue and white polka dot tiered dress

Worn only once for a dance photoshoot. Has lovely movement and texture. Size medium (but due to the tie empire waist can also fit size large), beautiful billowy full-length sleeves and light tiers of chiffon in a lovely pastel blue and white polka dot pattern.
