Blue and white striped skirt

16 inches waist so 32 all around waist . Length 22 inches long 💯 cotton . Bow detail around waist . Nice think cotton . Washed and ironed , tag said dry clean but no need to as I hand washed it since it’s cotton . Colour is blue and white . Size tag said 38 , I listed it as 8 but see measurement in my description!
