Blue by Saks Fifth Avenue tie front blouse

Drapey and slightly sheer blouse . Gorgeous cobalt blue colour! Tie front. 3/4 sleeve, with a gathered/banded cuff. Pretty ‘mother of pearl’ button detail down the front. Size small but would probably fit up to a medium. Polyester, easy wash and wear. EUC, no rips, stains, etc… I’m not sure I actually ever wore it, it’s just been hanging in my closet. 😣 Measurements: Pit to pit 22” Length 21.5” Smoke free home.
