Blue cotton dress

This is a lovely little dress who had the misfortune of being made with an itchy tag. I know I got it from Winners. Feels like cotton. Has a lower front than back at neckline and the back has a keyhole and a cool pattern on one side. 3/4 sleeves. In great condition.
